It ties in with Father Time, and features the eighth Doctor, Miranda and Iris Wildthyme. It is online here with annotations.

‘Executive Action’ – (2001). First published in Walking in Eternity (edited by Julian Eales) a charity anthology in support of the Foundation for the Study of Infant Death. It uses Gallifreyan characters created by Alan Moore in his Doctor Who Weekly strips, and ties in with The Infinity Doctors and Cold Fusion.
